Description:Our amazing finance team is growing and we׳re looking for an equity manager to join us. The equity manager is a critical member of the finance team in leading and scaling monday.com stock administration function as we grow globally. This role is responsible for hands-on, end-to-end administration of monday.com global equity plans.About The Role:

Prepare monthly recurring and custom reports and reconciliations to ensure complete and accurate tracking of equity transactions.
Ensure global equity reporting and compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements, including all equity related filings.
Partner with Corporate Legal and the designated broker to manage and track 10b5-1 plans.
Assist in the preparation of presentations to the Compensation Committee related to the equity pool and proposed equity grants and modifications.
Assist with employee’s questions and resolve any issues regarding their awards.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of SOX controls for stock-based compensation.
Maintain policies and procedures related to global equity compliance and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience in administration of global equity plans;
Strong working knowledge of equity plans and various equity award types.
Experience managing Shareworks
Ability to function in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment.
An effective communicator with a variety of levels of internal employees, business partners, etc.
Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities, able to research complex global equity issues.
