Joining as a Medical Science Liaison will be your opportunity to truly thrive in a business-critical role and take full ownership of the Medical Science Liaison function in this growing international company.This is a rare opportunity where you will be working in a standalone capacity allowing you to truly impact the business - an ideal role for an MSL who wants more strategic involvement to lead a therapeutic area, or someone with relevant transferable skills from a commercial or clinical education background.There is one product in the process of launching, consumable products and few off label products in their portfolio so you will be pivotal in the implementation and delivery of the clinical and educational strategies to support new and existing fertility products across the ANZ region.Reporting to the General Manager, you will be representing the business and using scientific information to facilitate engagement with key physicians and stakeholders within ANZ, lead the market in regard to education and training initiatives; facilitate a greater understanding of medical practice patterns; and organise advisory board meetings and national/regional conferences with key stakeholders. You may also support the commercial and cross-functional stakeholders with medical expertise and establish new business relationships.To be successful in this role, you will have:

2+ years of industry experience as an MSL within the pharmaceutical industry or relevant transferable skills from a commercial or clinical education background.
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, the ability to learn quickly and foster positive stakeholder relationships with healthcare professionals and healthcare organisations.
Excellent communications skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix structure are critical, with the ability to lead, engage, and influence multiple stakeholders is essential.
Well-developed project management skills, driving projects from concept to execution, strong time management with experience managing competing priorities; and in other functional areas as required.

The expected travel component will be up to 50%; predominantly ANZ, this could be up to 3 days per week.
