- Perform data entry tasks using QuickBooks.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including managing AP/AR functions.
- Engage in customer outreach to manage collections accounts.
- Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings as required.
- Monitor payment statuses and follow up with customers.
- Driven to make a difference and enjoy collaborating with a diverse team.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working remotely.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Google Apps such as Spreadsheet, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Bookkeeper role, ideally within the Ecommerce / Marketplaces industry.
- You have working knowledge of Quickbooks, Google apps, Handle inbound calls, Maintaining financial records and Managing accounts payable/recievable
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
