- Work cooperatively with a production team to deliver the highest possible quality event
- Perform set-up, testing, operation and break down of sophisticated audio and video equipment
- Operate video and still cameras; light, manage equipment, and shoot with attention to detail and eye for the edit
- Record sound and live mix for webcasts, video, stage events, interviews, and meetings
- Independently set up and operate studio audio control room to facilitate studio, auditorium productions or webcasts
- Perform technical directing/switching for live and recorded events
- Provide day-of event direction to executive talent
- Perform editing of finished productions and event video
- Coordinate all aspects of Editing as needed; interface with client and producer; work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and offer creative solutions for each project
- In addition to conceptual storytelling with the content, perform technical editorial functions including importing, rough cuts, graphic design & integration, audio sweetening, color correction and final delivery
- In support of global productions, work with technical team to prepare video production equipment for shipping & delivery
- Organize equipment inventory and find creative solutions for most effective use of equipment
- Travel will be required and will be 10% on average but with peaks during throughout the year as high as 30%

- Able to adapt and perform well in a deadline-driven, executive-level environment
- An overall understanding of the live program production process is necessary and a strong sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution is critical
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of systems, tools and procedures related to modern event and video production, and streaming video equipment and processes
- Proficient in live, in-person, and hybrid events with experience working within a control room and studio environment
- Experience working with cloud-based media management solutions, e.g., AWS S3, Microsoft Azure, Adobe Team Projects/Productions, etc.
- Solid comprehension of video file formats and codecs, video file transcoding
- Familiarity with a Yamaha LS9 board and Shure wireless mic systems preferred
- DP/Camera operation skills; working familiarity with professional cameras by Sony, Panasonic, RED and Canon
- Knowledge of lighting techniques and instruments
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, specifically Adobe Premiere. Must have familiarity in several areas of related post production software including motion graphics
- Willingness to learn and keep current with client's proprietary equipment and applications
- Must work well in teams and be comfortable both giving direction and receiving it from others yet at times able to shoot independently without supervision.
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- The duties of this position require the ability to bend, kneel, crawl, climb ladders and to stand for long periods of time
- Candidate may be required to lift heavy equipment up to fifty pounds
- EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Video & Film, Media, Marketing, Communications, IT, or similar field preferred
- 4+ years' work experience in broadcast television production, corporate communications, live events, and/or streaming video
- Hands-on experience supporting large scale virtual/hybrid meetings and events, webinars and conferences, and/or video productions and broadcasts
- PAY TRANSPARENCY
- Range: $80k - $90k
