Сіз қалай үлес қосасыз және өсесіз?MISSION: Leading of the plant activities (operation, maintenance, HSE) in safe and reliable manner; management of the site staff.RESPONSIBILITIES:Operate the production plant safely and reliably by complying with regulatory requirements;Coordinate, supervise and analyze overall production operations as well as maintenance activities in compliance with the action plans, deadlines, budget and operation procedures;Dealing with regulatory authorities;Develop and lead a team by ensuring training and coaching to improve performances.Networking between site managers and Air Liquide group resourcesInteraction with a customerPreparation and fulfillment of OPEX (Operational Expenses) and CAPEX (Capital Expenses) budgetEnsuring the function of Industrial management System, ISO 9001,14001Development of the SIO (Smart Innovative Operations) and Modernization projects within the perimeter. The projects consist in enhancing the teams skill, automating key components and optimizing the organization.Continuous improvement along all processes (MOC -Management of Change-, GYM -Growing Your Margin-, implementing Efficiency projects etc.)REQUIREMENTS:Skill Set/Knowledge/Expertise:To be ready to work in Kazakhstan (Atyrau or Pavlodar) for 3-5 years (mission duration will be defined depending on the candidate)Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants, including Process Safety ManagementExperience in the Industrial Gases, Chemical or Oil and Gas sector. Skills to read Process and Instrumentation Diagrams and willingness to learn new chemical processes, namely Steam Methane Reforming and Air Separation processes.Ensure training and qualification of the operating teamsStrong safety leadershipExcellent communication and strong leadership skillsKnowledge of commercial agreements and customer relationsGeneral understanding of accounting principles and working knowledge of plant operating budgetExtremely organized and effective at time management – able to establish and maintain a plant filing system and control of engineering documentsExperience with ISO 9001,14001 and other management systemsСіз бос орынға лайықтысыз ба?Education and Experience:Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree preferred plus 5+ years process industry experience and at least two years as a team leaderExperience in effective team management and building trusting relationships within the team and with cross-functional departmentsAbility to communicate (Intermediate and above) in English.
