Job descriptionTeaching AssistantSalary – £94-£100/dayHours – 37 hours per week, term time onlyTEACHING ASSISTANT x3 – ChorleyProspero Teaching is working with a through a Primary mainstream school based in Chorley.Our client has instructed us to recruit 3 Teaching Assistants on temporary to permanent basis (temp – perm).The school caters for EYFS & Primary aged children, many of whom have EHCP’s – Education, Health and Care Plans.Some students have a diagnosis of Autism (ASC) with associated communication and social, emotional, mental health needs (SEMH).The school is looking to appoint 3 Teaching Assistants to support students in their academic learning and personal and social development.You must have previous experience of working as a Teaching Assistant, however experience of working with children and young people with autism will be beneficial.
