- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training Sales Consultants.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales team culture.
- Collaborate with the Sales Leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to adjust the sales approach accordingly.
- Develop and implement sales plans and forecasting.
- Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and product knowledge.
- Provide ongoing training and development to Sales Consultants to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, including experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar
