Job Title: Credit Control AdministratorJob description: Venn Group has partnered with a large organisation based in the Warwickshire area to find a Credit Control Administrator on a temporary basis.Responsibilities:
  • Resolving invoice disputes
  • Dealing with inbound calls for customers with various queries relating to products
  • Taking payments for invoices
  • Making outbound calls relating to the resolution of queries
  • Processing manual credits and debits to correct amounts
  • Cash allocation
  • Updating account information onto a bespoke system
  • Generating statements and issuing copies of invoices and proof of delivery
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience handling outbound calls
  • Be able to pick things up quickly
  • Possess good Excel skills
