Troubleshoot, and escalate production problems affecting network infrastructure
Troubleshooting IPSEC,NAT,PAT,GRERequired SkillsGood Communication skill required
Advanced understanding in configuring and troubleshooting Routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, ISIS and BGP
Knowledge of QOS and multicasting required
Should have experience in troubleshooting complex network issues
Experience in troubleshooting LAN technologies like VTP , STP
Understanding of Gateway redundancy protocols like HSRP, VRRP, GLBP
Complete Understating of Small scale routers and switches such as 2800 , 2900, 3750 , 3900, ASR, ISR
Should have understanding of GRE, IPsec, site to site VPN, DMVPN
Understanding of VSS.
Understanding and troubleshooting LAN wireless issues, WLC, IOS upgrade on routers and switches
Understanding and troubleshooting MPLS, Frame Relay
Hands on experience on network monitoring tools like ITSM Remedy etc
Hands on experience in Circuit testing required
Should have Hardware knowledge on devices like 7600,6500,Nexus Series, 3750 etc...

CCNA Routing & Switching (mandatory)
4 9 years of experience in a technical network engineering role
(1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
