Lead a team in the design and preparation of craft products,wooden goods and the maintenance of a 'community garden enterprise.
Lead and support the team in identifying ongoing daily horticultural and woodcraft activities.
Fill out relevant form, daily work tasks, progress sheets and training forms as required.
To assist in the co-ordination of agreed/approved work schedules for participants.
To communicate effectively with all participants on the project.
Participate fully in all training provided by The Red Door Project.
