Job Description:OverviewMyriad Genetics is seeking a Marketing Manager, Thought Leadership and Strategic Accounts for the Oncology business unit. This role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and fostering relationships with regional KOLs and brand advocates, strategic accounts, and like-minded societies and organizations. This role is focused on driving the Oncology business by developing regional brand advocate programs and driving peer-to-peer engagement, as well as fostering strong relationships within large accounts including health systems. This person is responsible for optimizing the value proposition and strategy, understanding the insights, and prioritizing plans to deliver the business in combination with the national accounts sales team. This role will also assist the omnichannel team with development and execution of content that leverages regional and national KOLs. This person will work closely with sales partners to build and execute strategy to grow key relationships at strategic accounts and with medical partners to maintain relationships with KOLs. This person must have a strong track record of B2B Marketing Campaigns (across products and/or workflow solutions), collaboration, operational discipline, and driving business results.Responsibilities
  • Catalyst for collaboration between Myriad ONC, regional and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Identify, engage and foster relationships with Regional KOLs/brand advocates of top community-based surgeon and oncology-based practices identified by Marketing and in conjunction with local field intelligence on regional peer influence map.
  • Identify, engage and foster relationships with key like-minded societies and organizations
  • Develop regional brand advocate program to drive peer-to-peer interactions in key geographies, as identified by marketing and sales
  • Assist omnichannel team with execution of content that leverages regional and national KOLs
  • Partner with national accounts team to build strategy to build key relationships in strategic accounts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 4-6+ years of clinical, sales, or marketing in oncology-related field required
  • Ability to grow and maintain strong relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders; Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally
  • Ability to Navigate the Decision-Making Unit (DMU) within key target markets
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • 10-15% travel required
