Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head with 10-14 years of experience in the CGD (City Gas Distribution)/ Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, along with a deep understanding of CNG/PNG/CBG processes and equipment. This individual will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in line with company objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the CGD sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10-14 years of progressive experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the CGD sector.
  • Strong understanding of CNG/PNG/CBG processes, equipment, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that align with company objectives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
