- 10-14 years of progressive experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the CGD sector.
- Strong understanding of CNG/PNG/CBG processes, equipment, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that align with company objectives.
