We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.The Digital Services team is dedicated to empowering e-commerce sellers with innovative digital tools that automate and streamline the e-commerce process. Our solutions integrate seamlessly with our delivery services, offering an unparalleled end-to-end solution in the market.We are on the hunt for a Product Management Intern to bring fresh ideas and energy to our team. This role will directly support our Product Management team, playing a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital service offerings.Responsibilities

Assist in the research, design, and development of new product features and enhancements.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver product initiatives.
Help manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on impact and business objectives.
Participate in user testing sessions, gathering feedback to inform product decisions.
Support the creation of product documentation and materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
A passion for technology, with a keen interest in the tech and logistics industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex ideas.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
A creative thinker with a detail-oriented approach to work.
Prior experience in product management, development, or a related field through internships or projects.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar project management software.
