We are proudly part of Japan Post —Support the Snr Strategy Execution Manager to drive the prioritization of strategic investments. * Supporting the collation and preparation of material and packs required for Investment Board meetings and executive level performance reporting.

Develop the consolidated view of strategic investment costs, benefits, KPIs, risks and issues with project progress and outcomes for senior leadership including highlighting any forecasts/trends/exceptions that impact the portfolio.
Regularly liaise and develop a true partnership with Business Units to understand and support their business goals.
Quality check business cases to ensure benefits outlined, there is strategic and budget alignment and the quality of the business case is of Investment Board standard
Provide coaching to various projects during concept/initiation to ensure they are prepared for Investment Board approval

Requirements:

Transformation or Strategic / Project Office experience .
Commercially astute with experience in developing and reviewing business cases, understanding portfolio financial management, strategic value and benefit realization and demand management processes.
Strong program management and delivery skills.
Experience in working with project delivery teams to develop enterprise view of the strategic investment portfolio.
Experience in collaborating with project, IT and business stakeholders.
Knowledge and experience in Enterprise PMO processes and Strategic Portfolio Management platforms.
