This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a background in Tax or Treasury who are eager to advance within a growing organization and gain rounded experince in Accounting. This newly created role offers the chance to gain exposure to Group accounting matters and contribute to the company's expansion.Finance:

Manage liquidity across various international entities within the Group.
Operate the cash pool and provide support during implementation.
Manage group intercompany financing alongside the team.
Update the margin concept quarterly for internal interest calculation.

Accounting:

Handle accounting for interest accruals, interest income/expense, bank reconciliation, and invoices in SAP.
Conduct month-end closing.

Tax:

Demonstrate expertise in handling legal aspects concerning taxation.
Handle international taxation reporting.
Manage internal and external tax reporting.

Treasury:

Calculate and report interest income.
Ensure compliance with withholding tax processes.
Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and promptly.
Execute reverse charge invoicing procedures.
Optimize liquidity within the group through overseeing cash pooling activities.
Ensure smooth daily cash management operations.
Process intercompany invoices and reconcile accounts.
Review deposit statements and manage accruals.
Assist in year-end audit processes related to treasury operations.
Coordinate with Group HQ on tax matters to ensure local regulatory compliance.
Participate in the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy.
Utilize SAP treasury modules for day-to-day operations and reporting.

Miscellaneous Projects:

Develop spreadsheets and presentations for various ad-hoc reporting needs.
Assist in preparing presentations for Advisory Committee Meetings.

Requirements:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Possess 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Part-qualification in tax or accountancy is desirable.
Demonstrate motivation, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a small team.
Exhibit a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Experience with SAP is advantageous.
German language skills are a plus.
