- We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk/Customer Service Officer to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties of our main entrance.
- You will be the first contact for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make
- Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- Greet and welcome guest
- Prepare contract documents
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Check, sort, and forward emails
- Identifying, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
- Manage large amount of incoming calls
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Qualification Good First Degree in Mass Communications, English, and other related disciplines. Preferably a Master's Degree.
- Minimum Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Excellent leadership communication skills
- Experience in managing payments, negotiating contracts, and determining property rates.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements
- Proven ability to advise and convince clients
- Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
- Proven experience working with minimum supervision
- Excellent intelligence-gathering skills.
- Excellent mentoring and people management skills.

- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
- Fluent English-language copywriting skills (interview will be held in English)
- Experienced in managing the implementation of PR plans, Campaigns, events, etc.
