From forging partnerships with corporations to creating interesting proposals, your expertise will be instrumental in driving support for our client life-changing programs.Scope & Responsibilities:

Foster valuable connections with corporate partners and individuals, nurturing relationships that may lead to their support as donors for the organization.
Develop partnership proposals tailored to engage potential corporate and individual donors effectively.
Implement a range of initiatives aimed at inspiring increased support from donors for the organization's programs.
Collaborate with different program locations and the Program Development Department to identify and engage with current and potential donors, ensuring their understanding of specific funding requirements.
Create various materials to effectively communicate the organization's program needs to potential partners.
Contribute to the development and implementation of diverse fundraising strategies.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of any course or field of study.
At least 1-2 years' experience in corporate sales, fund development, and entrepreneurship across various fields.
Experience in NGO, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, real estate, and insurance industries.
Experience in establishing relations with potential corporate and HNI partners.
Proven ability to meet or exceed fund generation targets.
Comfortable collaborating with global representatives of organizations.
Willing to engage in nationwide field work.
Flexible and open to being assigned different roles as needed.
Willing to travel including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
