Feel the Olympic and Paralympic energy joining us at Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026, leaving a mark in the sport history!BREAK THE ICE!Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.We are driven by the following values: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability.Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.Are you passionate about technology and keen on ensuring efficient program management processes?We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Technology department's PMO & Governance team as a Junior member.This role plays a crucial part in overseeing program management processes, reporting, issue and risk management, quality control, and governance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Technology Area leaders to plan and monitor key milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to quality management processes.
  • Control and manage the issues and risks within projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate Technology Test Events and Rehearsals.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration across different functional areas and management levels.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn in rapidly changing work environments.
  • Passion for mission-driven work, fostering teamwork, and contributing to societal betterment through sports.
  • Proven history of innovation and a proactive approach to enhancing processes.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and driving results in complex, fast-paced scenarios.
  • Culturally aware with a global perspective driven by curiosity.
  • Flexible and willing to travel as required.
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and Italian languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools is advantageous.
  • Possession of project management certifications is a plus.
