- Support on the management and reporting of our annual training allowance.
- Support Business Unit and People Operations team data are up to data at all times (orgchart, positions, compensation, benefit, etc) guaranteeing consistency and ease of reporting.
- Support the development of the different processes and policies defined within the People team.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g.. Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, etc).
- Proficiency in excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (complete fluency in English is a must).
- Self-starter with motivation to learn and grow.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
