- Troubleshoot and solve a wide variety of IT related problems, handle various requests and support the staff with training sessions, guides and demonstrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders, other departments and vendors and make continuous improvements to our processes and systems
- Manage IT equipment (Mac and Windows) - procurements, lifecycle management and asset tracking
- Device Management (MDM & EDR) - Manage Jamf and Intune and create a great end user experience
- Manage a wide variety of systems, such as Google Workspace, Slack and Microsoft 365
- Take care of and improve Meeting room technology and other Office IT solutions
- Make continuous improvements to our on and offboarding processes, streamlining workflows with the focus to create a great user experience for new employees
- Some years of experience in a similar role
- A genuine interest in technology and an ability to integrate IT solutions that improve the workday experience for our staff
- Extensive knowledge of both MacOS and Windows
- A keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and a passion for optimizing processes and to drive continuous improvement
- Experience in managing/administering systems, preferably including MDM systems
- Very communicative, pedagogical and social
- Structured and responsible, set ambitious goals and accomplish them with quality results
- Self-driven and take initiative with a results-oriented mindset
- Engaged in team activities and contribute in meetings with ideas and perspectives
- Resourceful with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent at writing and speaking English and Swedish
