Clinical Nurse Educator needed to support various cardiac stepdown units. The CNE is primarily responsible for onboarding and orienting new staff, facilitating ongoing education for current staff, and developing and updating clinical policies and procedures. This role demands a high degree of autonomy, as the educator must be self-motivated and capable of working independently. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information and providing support. Additionally, the Clinical Nurse Educator must be a consistent presence on the units to assist and guide other nurses, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff competency are maintained.Additional Preferred Requirements

  • Collaborates with leadership to assess the educational needs of the staff and develops appropriate education plan.
  • Participates in professional development and life long learning.
