
Marketing Coordinator

- Assist with sales collateral requests including but not limited to: creating invitations for sales events, designing trade show materials (pulling logos, resizing files for print, ordering name tags, etc.), creating sales presentations, etc.
- Manage the B2B newsletter strategy including writing email copy, determining email cadence, planning and execution, working cross-functionally with various properties to obtain sales offers and experiences content, pulling reporting metrics, etc.
- Assist with website management including copy writing and review, image and video selects
- Work closely with the social media team to provide the GSO with updated SM assets for their channels and assets they can share with their clients
- Help with sales event management including tracking RSVPs, managing website RSVP platforms, ordering supplies for events, etc.
- CRM management and data entry
- Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor and to conduct personal behavior in a mature and professional business manner while representing the company
- Ability to use creativity and a strong business acumen to generate immediate results
- Support the sales efforts with best in class collateral to support sales efforts
- Ability to thrive in a home office work environment

- Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of hotel operations, services, and market trends is a plus
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to the overall success of the GSO team
- Computer Literate: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Mail and Google Docs, Canva
- Strong understanding of a luxury brand and aesthetic
- Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project team
- Ability to independently solve problems and make decisions with several variables
- 1-2 years digital marketing experience
- 1-2 years luxury and lifestyle hotel/resort experience
- On property experience a plus
