Engage stakeholders in the change journey and build commitment for change.Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role!Technical ExperienceMust-HavesExperience in Telecom networks process design for Fiber network planning and design, Fiber network operations and Fiber deployments for B2B & B2C businessExperience in Fiber network due diligence, network migration, CAPEX optimization, network analytics and reportingSolutioning experience in Fiber design & rolloutWorking knowledge of Fiber network infrastructure (passive and active broadband network parts, relevant technology, and network elements)Experience in vendor onboarding, monitoring & reporting, capacity planning and managementGood experience in establishing command centre, OSS integration with IT applicationsDelivery experience of Telecom networks process in Network Operations of FTTx.
