- Managing phone calls and emails: Addressing customer inquiries and involving relevant parties as needed.
- Collecting information and verifying data accuracy and completeness.
- Offering technical support and liaising with workshops to schedule a technician for truck repairs.
- Keeping all involved parties informed and updated about the status of repairs.
- Overseeing and maintaining agreements with customers and service providers.
- Ensuring timely resolution of contract-related matters.
- Working from Monday to Friday (between 7am - 22pm) with flexibility to work on Saturdays during busy periods.
- Language: French (native), English (native)
- Computer skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, ...).
- Technical knowledge: Experience or knowledge in the automotive or tire industry is a plus.
- Effective phone communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and technicians.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving: Aptitude to analyze situations and find appropriate solutions.
- Customer- and results-oriented: Focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving desired outcomes.
- Accurate and high work standard: Attention to detail and precision in handling information and data.
