- Handling Accounts payable for different entities/regions and vendors (US/EMEA/APAC)
- Processing of invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Daily Invoice validation & review
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, PO & Non-PO invoices, statements, etc.
- Timely tracking and resolution of Vendor queries
- Payment processing - Payment to vendors, employees on time and with accuracy by preparing payment proposal, execution of pay run and release of payment from bank portal.
- Creation of PR and PO
- Managing Accounts payable Month End Close and related task like accruals accounting, AP module close etc.
- Vendor Management and Reconciliations
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Calculate and prepare monthly SLA for management reporting.
- 3+ years Proven working experience into Accounts Payable domain
- In depth knowledge about E2E accounts payable process/cycle
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- 3+ years' hands-on experience on Oracle ERP (AP Module)
- Good communication (verbal and written), collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Flexibility to work in US time zone.
- Prior experience to work into third party client set-up
- Experience managing project work with tight deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment
