As a Senior Principle Engineer - Fullstack - Asp .Net at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing and developing web applications using Microsoft ASP .Net technology stack. You will work with a team of developers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, as well as troubleshooting and fixing issues.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Writing high quality code, participating in code reviews, designing systems of varying complexity and scope, and creating high quality documents substantiating the architecture.
- Engaging with clients, understanding their technical requirements, planning and liaising with other team members to develop technical design & approach to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Mentor & guide junior team members, review their code, establish quality gates, build & deploy code using CI/CD pipelines, apply secure coding practices, adopt unit-testing frameworks, provide better coverage, etc.
- Responsible for team's growth.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- .Net /.Net Core - routing and controllers
- Proficient in public cloud technical architecture solutions like AWS/ Azure
- Microservices, deep knowledge RDBMS like MySQL / MS SQL Server/ PostGres / Oracle
- Advanced troubleshooting & debugging skills.
- Expert in software development best practice, tools and technique
- Experience in financial services and banking with a focus on Payment Processing
- PCI / PA-DSS knowledge
- DevOps - practices, processes, tools & techniques
- Excellent communication skills / influencing skills.
- 13-15 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
