If you notice a resident needs help, you take the initiative to provide medical, nutritional, emotional, and/or spiritual care.Attentive to the needs of others, you assist residents with support and genuine care. As a natural caretaker, you provide consistent work and make routine decisions. You resolve minor issues yourself and reach out to your supervisor when you need additional resources. High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years relevant experience
Experience with equipment commonly used in patient care
Good oral and written communication skills
Experience in the medical industry is preferred but not required.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing and walking throughout the shift, lifting up to 25 pounds
