- Being the trusted advisor to the client group on all HR related matters
- Identifying and facilitating ER & IR issues
- Managing and overseeing HR related compliance and regulatory changes
- Contributing and/or leading on various change and OD initiatives collaborating across HR and the business effectively
- Using data and analytics to inform HR strategies, workforce planning and talent management.
- Champion employee engagement activities
- Understand business challenges and industry trends to provide creative and relevant solutions around things like talent and employee engagement.
- Previous experience ideally in Automotive, Technology or Engineering sectors
- Experience of both operational and strategic HR
- Strong consulting, analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships
- Expert knowledge of Australian Employment law
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working with limited direction
