- To support the project team with commercial and contractual expertise -[
- Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks -[
- Implement policies for risk management -[
- Preparation and presentation of monthly cost reports -[
- Value works executed by Sub-Contractors -[
- Certify interim and final payments -[
- Prepare subcontract invitations to tender and evaluate tender returns -[
- Manage prompt preparation and settlement of final accounts, including variations, claims and disputes -[
- Monitor and track project costs, including variations, change orders, and progress payments, to ensure financial control and accuracySkills:

- Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or construction related -[
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to perform accurate calculations and cost analysis -[
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers -[
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quantity surveying software -[
- Relevant driving licence
