- Assist with maintaining a recommend rating at above target to ensure the company remains a 5-star builder
- Be a ‘hands on professional’ at the direction and correspondence of the Customer Services Management team
- Build and work upon a thorough knowledge of the company house-types and construction processes
- Carry the full requirement of tools needed to fulfil the job and replace where and when necessary
- Work within the guidelines of the Warranty Provider and company standards
- Review and manage your diary to ensure that workload is allocated suitably ensuring works can be completed first time
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with specific risk assessments and method statements
- Maintain a smart, professional manner always
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Communicate daily with the office and Customer Service Team to update and record completed work – will be required to visit the office weekly.
- Multi-skill set
- Construction industry knowledge and experience are essential
- Full Clean UK Driving License is essential
- Organised and effective at managing their time.
