  • Craft Compelling Campaigns: Dive deep into the essence of our clients' brands and bring their stories to life through captivating copy that leaves a lasting impression
  • Establish Thought Leadership: Elevate your own profile and that of VML by pushing boundaries and setting new standards of excellence in the industry
  • Collaborate and Shine: Work hand-in-hand with your Art Director to craft visually stunning narratives, while also showcasing your ability to shine solo when the occasion calls for it
  • Master of Tone: From playful to profound, you'll flex your writing muscles across a spectrum of tones, tailoring your words to suit diverse brands and audiences
  • Forge Creative Alliances: Collaborate with a diverse array of creative minds, from sound designers to tech wizards, to bring your visions to life in innovative ways
  • Quality Control Champion: Partner closely with your Creative Lead to ensure that every piece of content meets our high standards of excellence

  • Meticulous Reviewer: With a keen eye for detail, you'll meticulously assess tone and copy, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging
  • Guiding Vision: Confidently lead the production process, guiding your ideas from inception to execution with finesse and clarity
  • Proactive Innovator: Stay one step ahead, constantly seeking out new creative and business opportunities to propel both yourself and our agency forward
Skills & experience required to be successful in this role:
  • Experience as a Copywriter in another great ad agency, minimum 2-3 years
  • Masterful Concepting: Demonstrate exceptional concepting skills coupled with a profound understanding of the art of writing
  • Versatile Tone Mastery: Showcase the ability to flexibly adapt tone across a diverse spectrum of audiences and platforms
  • Effective Communication: Possess strong communication skills to articulate ideas effectively and delegate tasks seamlessly to our design studio
  • Digital and Social Savvy: Show a keen interest in and understanding of the digital and social media landscape, staying abreast of trends and innovations
  • Engaging Presentation: Excel in communication, prioritization, and presentation, with the ability to take clients on a compelling journey through your ideas
  • Industry Expertise: Have a basic knowledge of the industry, particularly in marketing, technology, and creative references
  • Creative Insight: Exhibit a strong understanding of what sets standout creative apart from the rest, with a discerning eye for excellence
  • Compelling Storytelling: Engage and captivate audiences by effectively demonstrating your ideas and narratives
  • Passion for Excellence: Possess an unwavering passion for developing and creating market-leading work across all media channels, striving for the highest standards of quality
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Embrace flexibility and adaptability, thriving in the dynamic environment of a busy agency with a positive and proactive approach to every task
  • Language proficiency: Polish, as a native tongue, should be excellent, accompanied by English proficiency reaching at least the B2 level
