- Sales Project Management – Oversee client-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and coordination between sales, operations, and other teams.
- Process Optimization – Improve sales workflows, pipeline management, and CRM utilization to enhance team efficiency.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Act as the bridge between Account Managers, clients, and internal teams to align project expectations.
- Sales Support – Assist in tracking sales initiatives, forecasting, and ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.
- Reporting & Insights – Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Risk Management – Identify potential roadblocks in sales projects and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Meeting & Communication Management – Organize and facilitate team meetings, ensuring accountability and clear action points.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a sales or commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, client management, and project coordination.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Strong communication skills, able to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
