- Target new business accounts and opportunities as well as existing customers in zone and deploy resources to meet financial / operating objectives including orders, revenue, contribution margin.
- Visit and support clinical customers to establish excellent IGS Branding and marketing reputation.
- Manager distributor/channel in zone to facilitate their effectiveness and work closely with region sales and dealer to develop marketing and sales strategies to win the customers and close the transactions.
- Build up and maintain provincial key luminaries and stakeholders for IGS Products in provincial market.
- Develop long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs with KOL in SA and L3 hospitals in zone.
- Ensure seamless teamwork with Installation, Field, Service and other departments to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Take full responsibilities for getting right products into market and providing strong strategic support to region sales to satisfy the customers through close cooperation with IGS Product Sales team.
- Cooperate with IGS Product Sales team to design, plan and organize training based on business requirement and support channel partners to improve business ability.
- Lead regular IGS products promotion and introduction for L2 and PCB customers.
- Assist in setting up local show site and creating sales tools for product shows as a qualified show-site speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 6 years solid experience in healthcare industry taking various commercial roles, with track record in either Sales or Product functions.
- Master`s degree in clinical & medicals, Radiography, and Bioengineering, minimum 3 years solid experience in healthcare industry.
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution- based sales process.
- A proven track-record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and a desire to grow new business.
- Experience and understanding customer needs and business drivers and using this knowledge to develop account plans and strategies.
- Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic region.
