- Monitor and review day-to-day delivery including performance of key service partners and specialist subcontractors, ensuring compliance with the agreed specification
- Audit every site monthly for compliance, consistent service levels and improvement opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders
- Establish robust procedures for effective planning, organisation and control of the services
- Manage all financial agreements with supply chain partners
- Roll out best practice approaches and providing access to innovative technologies
- Oversee our health, safety & environment management protocols in line with client policy and the site specific risk mitigation approaches
- Support and provide data to facilitate strategic review and implementation of positive service changes
