These properties encompass a range of opportunities, including vacant land, existing housing in need of redevelopment, new construction, adaptive rehabilitation, and mixed-use properties.LMHA's objective with this RFQ is to align development efforts with its long-term strategic goals, ultimately advancing its mission to provide high-quality, affordable, and mixed-income housing options throughout the Louisville Metro area.
