A fantastic opportunity in Cape Town has become available for a Technician to join an ever-growing brand. The position offered is inhouse, therefore, you will NOT be doing any installations. The core of the position entails the following but is not limited to:Customer interaction either face to face or telephonically, you will be offering technical support and advice wherever needed in both our Alarm and CCTV arenasClient product trainingStaff product trainingAssisting the Sales Team close deals by attending client meetings with the sales execUnderstanding opposition and their productsCustomer training (introduction and advanced sessions) on a regular basisThe requirements are as follows:Grade 122+ Years Experience in the CCTV / Security SectorAbility to Provide Advise and Remote Support to CCTV InstallersStrong Computer Literacy (including some networking knowledge)Please send your updated CV to hr@provisionisr.co.za, In the subject line ad JNR TECHJob Type: Full-timeEducation:
