Acting as the primary point of contact for these domains, the role involves building and delivering the GDIT roadmap in their respective domain and ensuring a high level of service and support for their application portfolio. The position will operate within a matrix organization where the incumbent will manage several cross-functional team members.Main responsibilities and tasksBe the primary point of contact and accountable for all aspects of business relationship: The role serves as the single point of contact, an internal consultant and a trusted advisor for the digital, compliance and business ethics domains. He/She interacts with the highest level of leadership teams within their domains and cross functionally. He/She is responsible for ensuring GDIT meets or exceeds the business expectations for IT services and systems delivered as part of the application portfolio.Develop the Business IT strategy: To build a strong partnership with the business, this role will collaborate with their stakeholders to build and implement a technology roadmap to unlock business value within the domain. The incumbent will be expected to present technology roadmaps to the respective leadership teams at a strategic level using business terminology. This role will also act as the escalation point on behalf of the business for any IT services or projects.Conduct Demand Management: Acting as a consultant, He/She will understand the business IT requirements and initiatives for the their scope of responsibility, develop Business Cases, assess the criticality of the business needs, and shape the roadmap and demand in each of the global digital, compliance and business ethics domains. He/She assists the business in the preparation of new project requests, helping to convey the needs in language most understandable to technology professionals.Trusted Advisor: As a trusted advisor for their scope, the incumbent will educate their stakeholders on market trends within the industry and bring new technologies to the attention of business leaders that will have the greatest impact on delivering business value. They will continually measure business satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in the building, implementation and support of the application portfolio. Additionally, they will managing vendors and external partners on behalf of the business.Knowledge, abilities & experience
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in Business Analyst or any similar Business Partnering role.
  • Proven experience conducting business analysis and soliciting, understanding, and verifying business requirements, preferably in digital and/or digital.
  • Understand and able to communicate complex business requirements to the technology teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital and compliance in pharma industry.
  • Experience facilitating change management involving business processes and organizational change.
  • Ability to work transversally and engage cross-functional teams.
  • Build strategic network
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
