主要职责 Major role and responsibilities:

严格遵守健康安全管理规定，与班组成员共同做好健康安全工作

Maintain safe and health work environment together with team members by strictly following OHS instructions.

独立负责运行操作，在值长领导下进行事故处理，协助值长内外联系

Operating assigned areas independently, troubleshooting led by shift supervisor, assisting shift supervisor in coordination internally and externally.

在值长的领导下，遵守厂纪厂规，严格执行各项规章制度和专业管理措施。

Under leadership of shift supervisor, obeying operating instructions and keep disciplinary.

确保当值值班时间内设备安全、经济合理运转, 污染物达标排放

Maintain Safety operations and environmental emissions of the shift.

严格执行各项作业指导规定。

Implementing standard operating procedures.

保持区域内的清洁文明生产

implementation of 5S activities in assigned area.

及时向值长报告设备缺陷，负责对检修设备进行隔离和现场验收。

Reporting defects of the equipment to Shift Supervisor timely and responsible for isolating the defected equipment and field acceptance after repairing.

认真做好各项值班记录、运行日志和报表

recording operating parameters and preparing shifting reports.

完成部门交代的其他工作

Other work related tasks.岗位要求 Job Requirements:

教育程度：高中/技校以上相关专业

Education requirement: High School/Vocational school and above, relevant major.

专业经历：两年以上电厂值班员经验（司炉、蒸发、苛化经验优先），有浆纸厂经验者优先。

Professional experience required:+2 years as shift operator in power plant (Boiler and evaporation, causticization experiences preferred), experiences in pulp and paper mills preferred.

具有团队工作精神

Spirit of team work.

有一定的沟通技能

Some Communications skills.

有良好的安全记录

Good safety track record.

安全意识强

Strong safety acumen

语言，中文读写

Language requirements: Written and spoken in Mandarin

思想开放，能融入国际化团队

Open-minded person with ability to work within an international team
