主要职责 Major role and responsibilities:
  • 负责当班期间人身和所在区域的设备安全，环境整洁以及5S，按要求定期回顾更新岗位危险源识别及风险评估。
To be responsible for personnel and equipment safety as well as housekeeping and 5S in related area，also review and update job hazard identification and risk assessment regularly as required
  • 负责所属区域的运行效率、产品质量和生产成本控制。
Be responsible for the area operating efficiency, product quality and production cost control.
  • 总体负责前后干燥、施胶、压光、涂布和卷取相关的辅助设备及辅助系统。
Overall take charge of equipment including per and after dry section, surface sizing, calendar, coater, reel and relevant auxiliary system and equipment.

  • 严格按照操作规程和管理体系文件执行操作。
Operating strictly follow up the work instructions and the procedure of management system.
  • 负责所属区域的设备巡检及维护，并记录相关参数。包括正常的开机及停机检查。
Inspection tour and maintenance for responsible area equipments，and record related parameters. Also the inspection for the planning machine start and stop is included.
  • 有效地控制干燥系统以达到最佳的最终产品质量。
Control the drying process efficiently to reach the optimal final product quality.
  • 控制胶料量以实现高质量地良好运行。
Control sizing amount to meet the quality targets and requirements for run-ability.
  • 执行值班长指示及时采取有利于改善质量和运行性能的行动。
To follow shift supervisor’s instruction and to take immediate corrective action needed to reach the quality and run-ability targets.
  • 负责纸板机干部的开停机工作。
Start and stop dry end in board machine.
  • 更换引纸绳时的负责人, 有效参与更换成形网、毛毯、干网。
To take care of threading rope changes, to assist change forming wire, press felt and dry fabric.
  • 蒸汽系统的经济有效运行。
Cost efficiency operation of the steam system.
  • 跟踪环保和物料流失状况，及时通知值班长并及时采取行动。
To follow environment and material losses, quick inform the supervisor and start the corrective action.
  • 负责纸样检查。
The samples visual checking at pope reel.
  • 断纸后，负责干燥部和施胶的清洁工作。
After web break, take care of the cleaning of dry section and surface sizing.
  • 在上浆引纸过程中,负责纸板机干燥部到卷取的引纸操作，施胶及涂布操作。
Thread web from dry section to reel and take care of sizing and coring during web threading.
  • 引纸结束后，在施胶和后干燥部监控纸幅速差直至卷上合格品；并清洁引纸绳和干网校正器上的损纸。
After threading, monitor speed difference of the web in surface sizing and after drying section; then remove broke on threading rope and the corrector of dry fabric.
  • 按值班长要求与其他岗位协调合作。
Cooperate with other positions according to shift supervisor’s instruction.
  • 需要时协助维修人员工作。
Assists maintenance in responsible area when need.

Trouble shooting
  • 及时报告发现的问题和非正常状态
Informing about deviations and problems in time
  • 执行值班长安排的其他相关任务。
The other related tasks arranged by shift supervisor.岗位要求 Job Requirements:
  • 教育背景： 大专以上学历，制浆造纸相关专业为佳。
Education requirement: College or equivalent and above, major in Pulp and Paper or relevant profession is a plus.
  • 工作经验：至少5年现代纸机运行经验。
Professional experience required: minimum 5years operating experience of modern paper/board machine.
  • 语言： 中文书写口语流利，会英语为佳。
Language requirements: Fluent written and spoken Mandarin, English is advantage
