- Monitors, measures and documents project progress, effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manages projects and project tracking; has full ownership over project management
- Reports directly to the Team Leader and must provide weekly updates on progress
- Supports Team leader in writing new reports
- Facilitates successful implementation of projects
- Coordinates and sets up team meetings, prepares agenda with the team leader, creates documents and minutes,
- manages approval pipeline.
- Writes minutes on briefing calls and other project calls and shares with the project team.
- Administers the Sharepoint sites of the team and teaches Business Partners how to properly use it
- Identifying areas where processes can be improved and identify training needs.
- Ensure colleagues and Business Partners are up- to-date with briefing processes, tracker and relevant trainings
- Continue to support key functional areas until that vacancy is filled or the workload no longer requires operative support
- 3+ years' experience in account management working with creative/digital specialists
- Creative/Digital/Ad agency experience preferred
- Functional/ business experience, familiar with the processes of the function/ business
- Experience in Sharepoint administration
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Fluent English
- Communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work with senior executives
