- Identify potential clients and ensure the sale of benefit packages in accordance with their needs;
- Negotiate / renegotiate customer offers regarding retail benefit packages;
- Insurance support in the sales process to employers/other legal entities that purchase the retail benefits package;
- Later send the documentation signed with the employer / other legal entities to the contract portfolio manager designated within the territorial unit;
- Organize at the headquarters of employers / legal entities, actions to promote the bank's products and services in order to develop business in the assigned segment.
- Bachelor's degree;
- Professional experience - at least 3 years in sales, experience in banking is an asset;
- Very good communication, relationship and negotiation skills;
- Orientation towards the client and towards results;
- Activity planning capacity, prioritization;
- Determination, initiative, involvement;
- Adaptability to change and unpredictable situations;
- Knowledge of banking products and services and of the bank's subsidiaries;
- Knowledge of internal regulations and banking applications specific to the field of activity;
- English language - intermediate level.
