- Manage the arrivals and departure process professionally and in accordance with the Hotel's policy, ensuring billing and payment transactions are correct
- Responsible for till cash float whist on shift and adhering to the Hotel's cash handling procedures
- Be fully aware and knowledgeable of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions at the Hotel
- Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person and over telephone
- Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and give full co-operation to any guest requests in a caring and helpful manner
- Be aware of all Hotel VIPs, corporate and regular guests and ensure their requirements are met
- Demonstrate a knowledge of all hotel services/promotions, local attractions, and landmarks in the hotel vicinity in order to upsell and maximise Hotel revenue
