- Provide oversight and training for all direct reports, including administrative and technical staff.
- Provide technical support for all field technicians, (24/7 phone support when indicated by exempt status).
- Complete regular onsite audits of field technicians to evaluate skill levels.
- Ensure all personnel are following company policies and procedures, using corrective action/progressive discipline when necessary to modify behavior.
- Generate business opportunities in local markets.
- Manage P&L and work utilization for this site.
- Ensure office is adequately staffed to meet business needs, by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Build relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.
- Provide a safe and healthy work environment that is inclusive for all individuals.
- Responsible for facility security and maintenance
- Ensure all staff are following safety rules and regulations.
- Monitor expenses with approval of expense reports, payroll and office expenditures ensuring office remains within budgets.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state issued driver’s license.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent service and relationship building skills.
- Previous management experience or on the job equivalent experience
- Ability to travel.
- Position requires regular bending, stooping, kneeling and ability to lift 55 pounds.
- Bilingual preferred; ability to read, write and speak Spanish is preferred, but not required.
