- Developing global influencer marketing strategies: Creating and planning strategies that support brand objectives and increase audience engagement on a Global level.
- Identifying and approaching influencers on a global level: Finding and contacting relevant influencers (& their managements) across various niches & countries that align with the brand identity and target audience.
- Negotiating collaboration terms: Engaging in negotiations with influencers regarding collaboration terms, such as fees, content creation, promotional periods, etc.
- Drafting campaign briefings: Formulating clear and inspiring briefings for influencers, outlining the campaign objectives, expectations, and guidelines.
- Monitoring performance and ROI: Closely tracking the performance of influencer campaigns, including engagement, reach, and conversions, and analyzing the return on investment (ROI).
- Demonstrating strong commercial insight and oversight to build both client portfolios and the team.
- Following and overseeing schedules and budgets. You are responsible for executing the campaigns and creating evaluation reports to assess the effectiveness and success of campaigns.
- Serving as a mentor and leader for junior team members, guiding, motivating, and inspiring them to pursue excellence in their work.
- Pursuing innovation and sharing it within the company: Continuously exploring new trends, technologies, and approaches in influencer marketing to constantly improve and innovate strategies. Additionally, radiating this attitude to Publicis colleagues.
- Collaborating with all media colleagues within Publicis to ensure we maintain and execute the 'power of one' approach in our operations. This internal collaboration with colleagues is key.
- 5 - 7+ years of Influencer Marketing experience in a related environment (partly preferred to be Global Influencer Marketing Experience)
- Strategic thinker with strong account & project management skills required
- You are communicatively adept and have the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and talent, as well as talent agencies
- Experience in independently developing influencer marketing strategies that account for various social platforms and different strategies achieving different goals
- Excellent knowledge of the rapidly evolving influencer landscape
- Proficient in writing/verbalizing and delivering presentations in both Dutch and English
- You are flexible and always open to a challenge
