- Key customers : retailers, hypermarkets, specialty stores, DIY and garden centres
- We are looking for Senior Quality Assurance - with details as follows :
- Work in Quality team of 4 members
- Report to Quality Manager
- Assist Quality Manager in all quality operations required for our orders
- Perform supplier evaluation: new factory pre-evaluation, define correctives actions plan...etc
- Discuss product development with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product specification and qualification meet corporate standard
- Evaluate pre-production samples and its packaging
- Prepare quality documents including technical specification
- Ensure quality procedures are fully understood and implemented by suppliers, 3rd party test lab and China QA team
- Evaluate quality and testing requirement of different clients
- Responsible to continuous improvement of our suppliers (CAPA, process, product)
- Ensure quality of product and packaging with factories
- Perform production evaluation at site to ensure early detection and resolution of potential quality issues in collaboration with China QA Team
- Ensure quality procedures are followed by suppliers
- Follow up testing schedule with suppliers and 3rd party test lab
- Perform inspection when needed
- Review and validate inspection reports
- Support Merchandising Department and Europe team of technical inquiry
- At least 5 years work experience in quality field
- Good knowledge of production environment
- Fluent spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of European standards and regulations
- Previous experience in furniture products or hardgoods
- Occasional China trips when required
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-5:30pm)
