- Analyse Client Financial and Non-Financial information
- Develop Projects and compile action plans regularly
- Compile business cases for outsourcing
- Compile costings and proposals for new and existing Customers
- Create and execute implementation plan, once new work has been awarded
- Prepare tender submissions within stipulated deadlines
- Provide ad hoc rates as and when requested by Customers
- Achievement of expected growth targets
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to (Internal)
- Ensure adherence by operations to rate escalations
- Grow the existing business
- Identify new opportunities and innovative solutions
- Identify strategic alliances/ventures
- Secure new markets/customers, particularly in respect of logistic support and backward integration into customers
- Survey markets and competitor activity, contribute towards the marketing plan and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Create contract opportunities
- Research and keep abreast with developments in operations, systems, and equipment methodologies
- Assist in the selection of correct equipment per Customer requirements
- Provide total solutions to Customer needs (logistics) inward and outward bound
- Provide value added solutions in supply chain management and building business cases for the achievement thereof
- Optimize and automate operational environment, including rate adjustments, operational cost modelling, and cost
- projections against budgets and financial reporting. Integrate datasets and contribute to the design and implementation of
- dashboards.
- Development and implementation of innovative solutions that would advance the product offering to clients.
- Ensure and maintain ongoing operational relationships with internal and external customers
- Seek ways to add value to customers supply chains
- Liaise with operations and support service levels
- Pro-actively respond to customer needs
- Understand Customers’ business requirements
- Conduct various CI initiatives
