- Strategy Development: Develop and implement DEIB strategies tailored to the unique cultural and regional dynamics of the APAC market, aligning them with organizational objectives and the Global DEIB Strategy, carried out in close consultation with APAC HR, APAC DEIB Sponsor and the APAC DEIB Taskforce.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with leadership, HR teams, employee resource groups, and other stakeholders to champion DEIB initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Training, Education and Awareness: Implement and facilitate global training programs including the Certified Inclusive Leadership Program (CILP), develop educational and awareness content that meets local demands, comply with the global calendar of significant dates on the DEIB agenda and develop actions that helps colleagues understand the importance of the DEIB agenda
- Recruitment and Retention: Partner with talent acquisition teams to implement strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining diverse talent, ensuring equitable practices throughout the recruitment process.
- Employee Engagement: Create opportunities for employees to engage with DEIB initiatives, including organizing events, workshops, and forums that celebrate diversity and promote a sense of belonging.
- Metrics and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of DEIB initiatives, regularly assessing progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Reporting: Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to DEIB in the APAC region, ensuring compliance and preparing reports as required.
- External Partnerships: Collaborate with external organizations to strengthen our presence and influence in promoting DEIB
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a DEIB-focused role, with specific experience in the APAC region.
- Deep understanding of cultural nuances and diversity topics in APAC countries.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with DEIB metrics and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
