- Serve as the first point of contact for high-profile clients, demonstrating professionalism and delivering personalized and exceptional service.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively provide appropriate assistance and support.
- Arrange and coordinate a variety of services, including travel arrangements, accommodation, dining reservations, event planning, and other requested amenities.
- Maintain high-level relationships with service providers, vendors, and partners to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on local attractions, events, and services to enhance client experiences.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
- Manage and maintain client databases and profiles, ensuring accurate and up to date information.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive client information.
- Handle client complaints or concerns promptly and efficiently, striving to find appropriate resolutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve service processes to enhance the overall client experience.
- Proven experience in a similar executive concierge or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with client management systems
- Knowledge of local attractions, services, and amenities in the United Kingdom is preferred.
