- Own all joiner-mover-leaver activities eg. deliver brilliant on-boarding experience including coordination and management of the induction process for new joiners and smooth off-boarding and exit of leavers.
- Conduct exit interviews with leavers (up to a certain level) and on a periodic basis share this feedback with HR/Leadership team, highlighting what's working well and any potential areas for improvement.
- Measure the impact of our training, culture and growth initiatives. Provide analysis on the back of conducting surveys and present this data back in a succinct and engaging way. At the same time, provide recommendations of changes/modifications any initiatives to the HR team, and potentially to Bournemouth's leadership team.
- Supporting with the creation of materials for interviews and assessment days with the wider HR team, researching the effectiveness of assessment activities and ensuring they adequately assess the skills we are looking for.
- Supporting leaders with interviewing candidates, reviewing the effectiveness of the interview questions currently in use and suggesting/ sharing improvements to process with the support of the wider HR team
- Support with employee relations matters including, but not limited to:
- Participate in the meetings in a note taking capacity
- Drafting letters/invites to attendees required at the meetings
- Updating templates
- Drive the employee engagement agenda for Coty manufacturing including assisting in the planning and deployment of regular employee engagement activities.
- Assist with the delivery of relevant learning and development initiatives.
- Develop a calendar of learning and growth initiatives and communicate these to the business ensuring communication remains consistent and the business.
- Support and/or lead ad-hoc HR projects at a local level such as On Boarding, Health & Well Being, Diversity & Inclusion etc.
- Are currently undertaking an undergraduate degree at a UK University is desired but not a prerequisite. Alternatively a professional qualification in HR.
- This placement would suit candidates studying degrees within Management/Business/HR however we are very open to candidates from other fields with the appetite to learn more about the inner workings of a global Beauty business.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and is digitally proficient. Fully conversant in all MS Office functions, especially MS Excel and Power point.
