Our mission: We safely power your flight.To start your talent journey with us, apply now as:Accounts Payable InternLocation: BelgradeThe position holder will be responsible for the Automatic Invoice Capturing and Approval Workflow System act as an interdepartmental interface to various teams (Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay, IT SAP and Web Services, Master Data, Purchasing , Internal control and compliance, etc.). You will be the key user of the Automatic Invoice Approval Workflow System, tackle day to day problems in the tool.Your tasks

Reception and sorting of incoming documentation
Booking of incoming invoices
Forwarding invoices for coding and approval via xFlow
Rework of account statements
Processing of corrections
Compliance to DoA
Daily communication with internal and external customers in order to resolve potential payment issue

Your profile

University student in Economics, Finance, Business Administration equivalent
SAP modules: FI/CO/MM and MS Office skills desired
Good knowledge of English
